Cradle of Flavours: Another Sold-Out Wine & Dine Evening at Minoa
A full house of diners gathered above the Qawra skyline as Minoa Mediterranean Fusion Restaurant at Level 11 of AX ODYCY Hotel hosted Cradle of Flavours, the first Wine & Dine experience of the year.
Hosted in collaboration with Attard & Co. and the renowned Château Kefraya, Cradle of Flavours was designed for those who appreciate thoughtful gastronomy, elegant wines, and the pleasure of dining well. The event proved hugely popular, selling out weeks in advance and welcoming guests eager to experience an evening where refined Mediterranean flavours met world-class wines in a truly stunning setting.A Six-Course Experience, Perfectly Paired
Priced at €75 per person, the adults-only evening featured a meticulously curated six-course tasting menu, with a dedicated wine pairing for each dish. Guests were welcomed with a welcome drink and canapés, followed by an immersive dining experience that unfolded course by course, glass by glass. Flowing water and hot beverages ensured a relaxed and indulgent evening from start to finish.
Each pairing was carefully selected to complement the flavours on the plate, showcasing Château Kefraya’s expressive wines alongside Minoa’s modern Mediterranean cuisine. The combination delivered beautifully on the night, with many guests responding enthusiastically to the thoughtful pairings and refined presentation.
