Whispers of the Vineyard – Wine & Dine Event at Minoa
Friday 17th October 2025 — Minoa Mediterranean Fusion hosted Whispers of the Vineyard, an intimate wine-and-dine evening in collaboration with Delicata Winery. The event took place on Level 11 of AX ODYCY Hotel in Qawra and brought together lovers of fine food and local wine for a thoughtfully curated tasting experience.
An evening to remember
The evening was a great success: guests enjoyed a refined yet welcoming atmosphere while being guided through a six-course tasting menu, each course paired with a selection from Delicata’s cellar. The event combined Minoa’s modern Mediterranean sensibilities with Delicata’s local winemaking tradition to create an experience that felt both grounded and adventurous.The curated menu
The tasting menu opened with a bold, refined beef tartare and continued through handcrafted farfalle, succulent duck breast, and a course of char-grilled octopus that captured the essence of the Mediterranean coast. The heart of the evening featured braised beef short ribs — a luxurious, comforting centerpiece — and the meal concluded with a seasonally inspired dessert of dark chocolate and pumpkin. Each dish was paired to highlight and complement the wine selections.
