Cradle of Flavours: Our Upcoming Wine & Dine Event at Minoa
This February, round off the second month of the year with an unforgettable culinary journey above the Qawra skyline. On Friday 27th February 2026, Minoa Mediterranean Fusion Restaurant at Level 11 of AX ODYCY Hotel invites guests to Cradle of Flavours, the first Wine & Dine experience of the year; an evening where refined Mediterranean flavours meet world-class wines in a truly stunning setting.
Hosted in collaboration with Attard & Co. and the renowned Château Kefraya, Cradle of Flavours is designed for those who appreciate thoughtful gastronomy, elegant wines, and the pleasure of dining well.
A Six-Course Experience, Perfectly Paired
Priced at €75 per person, the adults-only evening includes a meticulously curated six-course tasting menu, with a dedicated wine pairing for each dish. Guests will be welcomed with a welcome drink and canapés, followed by an immersive dining experience that unfolds course by course, glass by glass. Flowing water and hot beverages are also included, ensuring a relaxed and indulgent evening from start to finish.
Each pairing has been carefully selected to complement the flavours on the plate, showcasing Château Kefraya’s expressive wines alongside Minoa’s modern Mediterranean cuisine.
